DO NOT DEAL WITH TRAVELLINK3 person new years all inclusive with flights reserved to Maldives DEC25. Reservation was started 1 day before we did enter to hotel. Immediately before the trip asked travellink to fix it via customer and via Hotel (Documented) , but no any actions done. They even lied, that hotel did refuse to adjust days, but hotel did send a copy, where they actually asked travellink to fix it. Companys involved by chain was Expedia, travellnk and eDreams. All same group. One push to contact another and finally edreams reply came from travellink email. Claim done and they did admit the mistake. Now after 5 month only excuses and promises. Only possibility for me is to press them by sending reviews everywhere or travel to spain and make official case at Spanish police. ( I do it, when next time visiting Spain), but so far pushing reviews is only way to atleast warn other customers
